Can I tour the space before booking?

We understand that you may want to get a closer look at the space before making a booking decision. For your convenience, we provide virtual tours. These virtual tours allow you to explore the space and get a feel for it without the need for an in-person visit.

Can I have alcohol at my event?

Alcohol policies vary from one event space to another. To find out if you can have alcohol at your event, we recommend checking the specific listing for your chosen space. Each space may have its own rules and regulations regarding alcohol, so reviewing the listing will provide you with all the necessary details.

How do I sign up the church that I attend?

Signing up the church that you attend is easy. If you will be the designated account owner, simply create a profile for the church by clicking here. You can refer your church using this referral link.

Do I have to pay a deposit for my event?

Not always. If you book your event 14 days or more in advance, a non-refundable 20% deposit is required.

Can I switch spaces after I’ve made payment?

If you wish to switch to a different space after making a payment, the process involves requesting a refund for your current booking and then rebooking the desired space. Please note that switching spaces will require these steps, so be sure to reach out to us to initiate the process.

Can I have deliveries made on the day of my booking?

Absolutely! You are welcome to have deliveries made on the day of your booking. We understand that receiving deliveries may be a part of your event planning, so feel free to make the necessary arrangements for your convenience.

What type of bookings are prohibited?

You are prohibited from hosting or engaging in illegal activity including but not limited to: sexual/physical assault, sexual abuse, harassment, robbery, human trafficking, kidnapping, political activities or other acts of violence. ChurchSpace will report all crimes and illegal activity to the proper authorities. Additionally, please check the specific listing for any additional guidelines.

Do you offer insurance coverage for events?

Yes, we do offer insurance coverage for events through our trusted partners at Thimble. Ensuring your event is covered is essential for each booking, and we are here to help you make those arrangements.

How long does a host have to accept my request?

The time that each Host takes to respond to a booking request may vary. Hosts typically have a window of 48 hours to accept your request. This allows them ample time to review and respond to your inquiry. If you have not received a response to your request within 72 hours, please reach out to our support team.

What happens if a Host cancels my booking after it’s been confirmed?

In the rare event of a host cancellation, you're covered. You'll receive a refund as per our policy, ensuring you have a reliable and secure booking experience.
