Can I list different spaces within the same building?

Absolutely! You are encouraged to list multiple spaces within the same building. The more spaces you list, the better your chances of attracting potential guests and maximizing your hosting opportunities.

What is the payout schedule?

Host payments follow a specific schedule and are made on either the 15th or 31st (or last day of the month). For bookings made between the 1st and 15th of the month, Hosts will receive their payments on the 31st (or the last day of the month). Conversely, for bookings made between the 16th and the last day of the month, Hosts will be paid on the 15th of the following month. This schedule ensures timely and transparent payment processing for our Hosts.

Can I share a space that I am currently subleasing?

Sorry, but sharing a space that you are currently subleasing is not allowed. Subleased spaces are subject to our policy, and we do not permit sharing or subletting of these spaces.

Can I choose what events I host?

Yes, you have the flexibility to easily accept or decline space requests. This means you can choose the events that align best with your preferences and availability, ensuring a better hosting experience.

Can I pause my listing?

If you would like to pause your listing, please reach out to our support team, and they will help you through the steps to ensure your listing is temporarily deactivated as needed.

How long do I have to approve a request?

We highly recommend that you respond as promptly as possible. The most successful Hosts respond within a few hours. You have a suggested window of 48 hours to approve or decline a request. We encourage all of our hosts to respond promptly, with clarity, and attentiveness to requests. Hosts who are highly responsive often receive more bookings and consistently earn the best reviews from guests, making it a win-win for both hosts and guests alike.

Can I cancel a booking that I’ve already accepted?

We understand that plans change, but such cancellations impact our service standards. We highly discourage canceling confirmed bookings whenever possible. When a Host cancels a confirmed booking, the guest’s plans can be impacted and may require immense support from ChurchSpace. Our policy seeks to uphold community integrity. ChurchSpaces may impose penalties, such as fines, covering costs, or account suspension, in response to host-initiated cancellations.

If I need help determining pricing, can ChurchSpace help?

Of course! If you need assistance in determining the price of your space, don't hesitate to reach out to one of our Space Experts. They are here to provide you with guidance and support in finding the right pricing structure.
